Kong Hei Fatt Choy!!!
We just celebrated Chinese New Year 2011. Today is the 9th day. This year is different for us as we now are considered "adults" and have to distribute angpows to our single and unmarried relatives and friends. I notice some difference in the kids these days. They are very much shy-er to wish their "elders". Oh well... :D
Reunion at mom's house on the 1st day of CNY. On the second day of CNY, all the married daughters will return to makan at their parents' house (we decided to improvise and do it on the 1st day for dinner instead). Yummy and delicious!

This year, we also hosted some friends in our house for Chinese New Year.
It was great fun, thank God our neighbours are kind enough not to report us for the noise pollution. :D It was nice to catch up and play some games in the house. Oh ya, and I got locked in the toilet, again (as there is another latch on the other side of the door). So many people used the toilet but I was the only one who got locked. Hmph! >.<

Evey also had fun meeting our friends. :D
My birthday fell on the 6th day of CNY this year. Steven is sooo sweet, he postponed his appointment to celebrate my birthday with me. He brought me to dinner and a movie. Later, he surprised me with a cake at home. It was a surprise, because he asked me to call his sister not to buy a cake and when we got home, I found the sliding door open. So, ya, I was surprised! :D
Thanks Darling! *Smmmooooch*
;D!
